Check out this amazing tiny house by Liberation tiny homes – The Carriagehaus.
It’s a 283 square foot home designed with two loft areas, a large kitchen and dining space as well as a fully-functional bathroom.
The Carriagehaus tiny house has a bright interior with oak furnishing and a white accent color.
We’re here to give you a tour around the tiny house, specifically the larger 26′ model, however there is also a 24′ design you can take a look at too.
Exterior
The exterior of the Carriagehaus shows a Carolina blue wood frame and a metal roof.
There are also some small windows on the first floor and in the loft, which have shutters.
Exterior lights are a useful feature on both sides of the tiny house as well as an awning above the front door.
The tiny house has a 30 amp electrical service and a propane water heater.
Kitchen
The kitchen area in this tiny house is beautiful.
Oak butcher block countertops compliment the white interior superbly.
Here and throughout the house is LED recessed lighting to add extra brightness.
There’s vinyl plank flooring throughout the kitchen and the tiny house.
It also has a stainless steel drop-in sink, a propane range hood, a fridge and more.
A flip table can be used as a breakfast bar in the kitchen area.
Living area
The living area is below one of the lofts in the Carriagehaus. It’s relatively small compared to the kitchen and the living area as the fold out dining table takes up a lot of space.
However, there is enough room to house a small sofa.
Access to the loft above the living area is via a storage staircase. A ladder must be used for the second loft that’s above the bathroom.
If you look up, there’s a ceiling fan and also a 9000 BTU mini split heater for A/C.
Bathroom
The bathroom is next to the kitchen.
It has a vessel sink with an oak butcher block vanity and sleving beside it.
There’s a flush toilet and space for a 26″ washer dryer too here.
Lastly, there’s a bathtub and a 36″ shower in the bathroom.
